A good native filtration plant, commonly found in ditches and shallow ponds. A fast growing perennial plant which flowers in July to August producing minute white flowers, forms mats of green leaves that are a good habitat for invertebrates.

Apium, clery like; nodiflorum is flowering at the nodes

Planting position: Pond marginal shelf up to 15cm deep
