Terms of business

Guarantee
All our plants leave the nursery in prime condition and provided the plants are treated as described in our plant list then they will continue to thrive. In the event of any problems please contact us for advice.

Delivery
Will be by 1st class post for small orders or by Courier delivery for larger orders.
Orders will be dispatched Monday to Thursday to arrive in time for the weekend.
Orders received after 8:00 pm Wednesdays will be held over for dispatch on the following Monday.
Please allow 7 working days for your order to arrive after you have received our notification of dispatch.
If they fail to arrive after this time then please contact us so we can dispatch a duplicate order.
We only deliver within the UK

Postage Charges
Orders up to £5.00 a charge of £2.50
Orders of £5.01 to £50.00 a charge of £4.50
Orders of £50.01 to £100.00 a charge of £ 8.00
Orders of £100.01 to 150.00 a charge of £ 12.50
Orders over £150.00 a charge of £ 25.00

Loss or Damage
Please notify us as soon as possible in the event or any damage or loss

Substitution
In the event of the plants you require becoming out of stock due to exceptional demand please indicate if you would be willing to accept substitutes in the form of a similar variety. Some plants may be sent as bare root plants if plugs are not available.

Payment
We have the facilities for payment by credit card on our on-line shop.

For orders by post we can only accept payment by Cheque or Postal Orders (made payable to Puddle Plants)

Your personal information is confidential to us and will not be passed on to any third parties.

Monday to Friday 10am to 8pm
Saturday 10am to 3pm

Unfortunately we are not currently able to receive visitors to the nursery.
