Apache beads (Anemopsis californica) is an unusual hardy marginal plant with beautiful white flowers resembling anemones. It sends out runners that produce new plantlets at regular intervals which once rooted can be detached and potted up. The seeds are often used as beads for necklaces and the roots are aromatic. Flowers June-August.
