A collection of 10 plants for marginal areas of the pond to eventually cover 2 – 2.5m of marginal shelves.  Often under-rated these plants provide structure and movement are invaluable to wildlife and have interesting seed heads as opposed to flowers.

The plants will be selected from our range of native non-flowering marginal plants and may include:

Hard Rush, Soft Rush, Reed sweet grass, Narrow reed mace, Branched bur reed, Ribbon grass, Sweet galingale, Cyperus sedge Greater pond sedge, Pendulous and True bulrush.

Please use the customer comments box on the checkout page to let us know the approximate surface area of your pond so we can ensure we select appropriate plants for your size of pond.

We will endeavour to supply as much variety as possible with a minimum of five different types of plant in each pack

Plants will be supplied in 9cm pots.  These will need to be potted up into larger aquatic baskets unless being planted directly into the bed of a natural pond.

This collection is available without planting baskets with baskets only or as a complete package including soil and aquatic gravel -please select  from “Collection options” box below.

Planting in baskets you would need to purchase 18 litres of soil and 2.5 litres of gravel.  If the baskets option is selected we will supply 2 litre baskets as these are taller plants
