Przewalski’s golden ray (Ligularia przewalskii) is a tall perennial with spires of small yellow flowers up to 2m in height, providing a striking contrast to the erect purple-black stems above clumps of deeply cut mid-green leaves up to 30cm tall. Flowers are borne from June to August and are loved by pollinators.
