Rodgersia pinnata ‘Elegans’ is a beautiful architectural herbacious perennial forming large clumps of pinnate deep green sometimes bronze-tinted leaves, with spikes of creamy rose-pink flowers in July and August. This is a good alternative to the Rodgersia aeseculifolia if space is more restricted, or consider the Rodgersia ‘Bronze Peakcock’ for an even more compact variety. It has an RHS AGM.
