Water lily ‘Marliacea Chromatella’ is a medium sized lily which has lovely soft pale creamy yellow blooms up to 15cm (6in) across with deep yellow centres and golden stamens. Its leaves are attractive dark olive green with purple-bronze mottling or blotching, and like other lilies with this characteristic leaf colouring (Barbara Dobbins, Colorado and Paul Hariot) it keeps its leaves well into late autumn long after most other lilies have lost theirs. Free flowering for long periods it has an RHS AGM award.

Planting position: Still water submerged 45-90cm full sun.
