The native white water lily provides a good hiding place for larvae and basking sites for adult dragonflies. Suitable for medium and larger ponds as this is one of the largest lilies. A very good alternative white lily for small (2.5 sq,m) to medium ponds is the Albida which is a really good flowerer.
