Water lily (Nymphaea) ‘Newton’ is a rare and unusual lily with lovely deep rosey-pink stellate flowers that have long narrow petals that are only found in a few Water lilies.  The flowers, which resemble many tropical lilies when new, have bright yellow centres, and long fiery orange to pale yellow stamens .   Very free-flowering it is a medium sized lily suitable for small to medium sized ponds.
