Creeping jenny (Lysimachia nummularia) is a good British native creeping plant for the pond margins or bog garden which has rounded yellow flowers from June to August set against dense bright to dark green foliage. When planted in water the leaves float otherwise it creeps along the ground. An excellent edging plant to hide pond liners and baskets and provide cover for pond life. Works well with Golden creeping jenny which has golden-yellow leaves which provide a nice contrast. RHS Perfect for Pollinators.
